You can find our Diaper Skin Soother Plus in many health food stores, acupuncture offices and other retail partners. In the Northeast (CT, MA, RI, ME) you can find our products in most Whole Food stores. To find a store near you, you can use our Store Locator page on the Emily Skin Soothers website. You might also call ahead to check to see if the store has the item. Not all stores carry our whole product line.
If we do not have stores near you and you would like to avoid shipping costs, please ask your favorite store to carry our products. They are often happy to pick up products that their customers want. Or, contact us and let us know where you’d like to buy our products. Give us their info and we will contact them for you.
Phone Orders
If you prefer you may order by phone at 978-412-8272. Phone orders are accepted Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. EST. If we cannot answer your call, please leave a message with your contact information and we will return your call. Please leave your name and phone number and someone will call by you the next business day.
We know that some people are uncomfortable buying online. We prefer to be honest and let you know that all of our credit card orders are processed through our website. If you place an order on the phone, we process it online. If you prefer not to have your order processed online, you can buy from a store or by check/mail.
Orders by Mail
We also accept orders via mail with check or money order. You can calculate the cost of the items and shipping and send a check. One jar of skin soother is $13.99. One bar of soap is $5.99. Liquid soap is $11.99 online. Shipping for one of each (1 soother and 1 soap) or either is $4. For each additional item shipped, add .50 cents.
Our bank advises we wait 5 days after depositing checks to make sure they clear, so when you order by check, please expect a total time of 2 weeks for delivery of product. Checks should be made out to Emily Skin Soothers, Inc. Please make sure to include your shipping address and a note explaining which products you are buying and how many of each. The address is:
